Wellness Coaching Begins
I’m so lucky to have the option to see a Wellness Coach at work for free. She is not a nutritionist, she just helps me organize my health goals, sort of like a therapist but for your health. I want to keep track of all of this for others that might be interested and for me to look back on. I use My Fitness Pal to track all of this.
Week 2 Goals:
- Plan snacks ahead of time
- Add protein to every meal
- Track food right after (or before) eating it
- Snacks to keep in the car and cubicle
It’s important to keep goals small and manageable otherwise it’s easy to get overwhelmed, or at least it is for me.
