First let me mention I wrote this whole fucking thing out and then lost it, fuck you Live Writer. Fuck you.

Computers: I’m having major computer issues right now both at home and at work. My computer at home is overheating, which I’m assuming means it’s dying. Right? I mean, it’s 5 years old, which is like 75 in human years.  At work my desktop writing program I use to blog Live Writer doesn’t work, but it works fine from home. Also I liked to use WP Comments to answer comments via my desktop, that doesn’t work either anymore. Also, I can’t ask people questions via Tumblr. If I can’t do this shit at work then what is the point of me being here? Sheesh.

Oops: I started going to the gym last Feb 09 because of a cheap deal they offered that I thought only lasted a year. When the year was up I figured I’d just stop going (I was trying to save all the money I could) and the deal would be over, right? Nope. They’ve been charging me all this time and I had no idea because I’m a dumbass.

Break: I’m taking a break the rest of august with photography, which makes me nervous because I don’t want to lose momentum but I also have little free time to get the editing done and I want to catch up. Plus, I have another wedding the first weekend of September.

Stubbornness: One of the many things I’ve learned with age is that being stubborn about some things is a good thing: like things you strongly believe in or know a lot about or are just really passionate about. Being stubborn about every little thing makes you look kind of stupid, so stop it.

$$: I got a $100 gift certificate I can use anywhere and my first thought was to spend it all on coffee. I think I might have a problem…

6 Thoughts on “Dumbass of the Week

  1. That sucks about the gym membership. Maybe it’s a sign they want you back? Hahaha.

Take a break on photography. I don’t think you’ll lose momentum especially if you at least keep posting some updates. Just take some daily photographs of stuff.

    • @Alissa, well I will still be taking pictures and I have a few shoots setup for the fall but I was thinking with how little time I have to do it I need to take a brief break to get my ducks in a row.

  2. We always use Mike’s credit card reward points to get gift cards to Starbucks. We could get cash back, or plane tickets, or anything really but we get the most use out of the Starbucks ones

  3. $100 on coffee? That’s a lot of caffeine.
