In Person

Some in-person things you should know about me in case you ever meet me.

  1. I love to hug people, I hug everyone. Not like every minute but when I see you and when I say goodbye, I will hug you.
  2. Intially I’m very shy and get nervous so I may make an ass out of myself. I know, shocking.
  3. I have a camera attached to me 90% of the time.
  4. I’m a good driver but also an impatient driver, just be glad I can drive through Boston without losing my shit.
  5. I will go way out of my way sometimes to find a Starbucks when needed.

I figure this is important information to hand out since Gwen :gwen: will be coming to Boston!!!!!!!!!! Yes, you heard that right. I have added a counter to my sidebar because I am that lame. Why is Gwen traveling so far to come visit myself and Manly Man? I mean, besides the fact that we’re awesome. Because we’re going to see the new Kevin Spacey movie Men Who Stare At Goats.

Any ideas of what we should call this big event? Spaceypalooza? Gwen and Robin’s Lame Adventure?

How about Gwen and Robin Make Out and Post a YouTube Video on Their Respective Blogs? Or Women Who Fondle Asian Schoolgirls?

Do they have White Castles in Canada? If not, you can take Gwen to one and it’ll be Gwen and Robin Go to White Castle. I know. Lame. :yuck:

@Barb, actually I don’t believe we have a White Castle in the North East, not that I’m aware of. I’ve never been to one.

What did you promise to get her to leave the library? Not to mention Canada and its free healthcare?! Too bad I’m not there otherwise we could potentially fulfill Grant’s fantasy,if I could pass as an old schoolgirl.Welcome to the land of Dunkin’ Donuts, Gwen!! Whatever you see in New England, be rest assured the rest of US is not like that…

@submom, oh yeah, Dunkin Donuts. I’m sure she hasn’t had that. Although I’ve grown tired of their coffee. Maybe the tea is good?

ps. I got her to come here by promising to see a Kevin Spacey movie with her.

They were in NJ in the movie. Anyway, it isn’t really worth it unless there’s a WC nearby. Believe me. 😉

@Barb, Do you know Bugaboo Creek? If their food wasn’t so awful I’d bring her there just for a laugh.

Nope, we don’t have those here. It sounds kind of scary. Is it like a Denny’s? You know what they have in IN but not in the Greater Chicagoland? Well, there’s maybe one in what’s considered GC, but it’s still far from the City: Cracker Barrel.

@Barb, not really like a Denny’s, not much like anything really. It’s basically a Canadian themed restaurant that is really cheesy.

:lmao: So basically it’s one of those chain-type steak joints only with moose decor? Nice. Do you have Outback Steakhouse? That one’s faux Australian.

@Barb, exactly and it has a talking moose head! Yeah we have those, not a fan of it either.

Might be worth it just to see the talking moose head. Just go in, look at it, laugh, and leave.
