Fin 2009

Desperate Housewives: Quite an ending, very housewives-ish. The big shocker for me was that Linnette is pregnant again. Why in the world did one of them not get fixed? That’s what I want to know! If you watch the show, who do you think the bride was in the last scene? I think it would be too easy to be Susan but how could it be the other woman? Thoughts?

Scrubs: So we had a series-like finale but turns out the show is coming back, but in pieces since JD and Elliot will only be a part of some of the season. This show needs to end, I love it but it needs to END. If they keep stopping and start it the ending will have no meaning. It’s the show that cried wolf.

Samantha Who: It’s been cancelled because of budget cuts. I watched the show here and there but didn’t really follow it like other shows. I’m not sure the show really ever went the direction it needed to go. Personally I think they focused too much on her parents and they should have been more in the background. I did love her friends and her ex, along with Samantha they were the show.

Gossip Girl: The finale was, alright. Nothing earth shattering. I think the show needs to take more risks, push the characters a little more. I am happy however that Chuck and Blair finally got together but it was kind of meh. I would have liked more emotion from it. I want to feel goosebumps like how I did when Noel would look at Felicity, but I think I may never get that again. I did however love this part Blair: We need to talk Chuck: I prefer to talk after 😉

How I Met Your Mother: Nice ending, nothing wow. Maybe I’m just needing too much this year. I’m needy ok? Nobody is giving me what I need like House does, nobody :pissed:

90210: I contemplated even admitting I watched this, at all but here’s the thing. I just thought I’d see what it was about and I kind of got sucked in. I mean, I DVR it and watch it when I’m bored usually. I haven’t finished the finale yet but man when Annie got pissed after Naomi bitched her out in front of everyone, she was seathing. That was intense, I could feel that in my bones. After I finish this finale though, I am not watching it next year. All I really wanted was some Brenda :dunno:

Now time to focus on So You Think You Can Dance and True Blood…oh…and the doctor 😉

I think it’s Susan. They did a very good job of not giving hints though. You saw neither woman or MJ. Everyone in the Church coud’ve been there for either bride. Well played.

HIMYM was just kinda “eh.” I’m glad we’re getting somewhere with the mother but the episode wasn’t anything special.

It was a good Scrubs finale, but I like enough of the rest of the cast to watch more episodes. This past season had surprisingly little JD and Eliot, so I think they can pull it off.

@Avitable, i bet you’d be happy to have every show you love never end.

I haven’t seen the Desperate Housewives or Scrubs finales yet, but I would definitely say that both shows have run their course and need to end.

I thought the exact same thing about DHWS – Lynn preggo again wtf why not get fixed after all those kids – crazy. I think the bride is you said how could it be anyone else?
I loved Samantha Who and I agree with you about the parents. I hope it’s picked up elsewhere but if not it’s not going to crush me.
Not like it would if Medium wasn’t picked up by CBS – stupid NBS- they are going to suck ass next season!!
I enjoy watching GG but it doesn’t blow me away. Not like True Blood or Dexter – which begin in June/August…I CaNT wait!! Thank god I’ll have something to watch over the summer.
Oh and thanks to you I’m now watching House. Almost everything you say is good I find you’re right about and get hooked. Damn you…don’t you know I have enough shit to watch LOL

@Cheri, I’m telling you, I was meant to do this for a living. I should get paid for it, but I don’t. Glad you are obsessed with House…my plan worked.

Yeah, I was dissappointed in HIMYM, didn’t do anything for me.

I don’t think the bride will be Susan – that would be too easy, and what everyone wants. Not enough drama.
