Dear Edward Norton:

Edward NortonWhere have you been? I know you’ve made movies but nothing that has stood out to me as significant. I don’t mean a big blockbuster, I don’t care about those, I just mean the kind of movie to catch my attention.

I miss you, I really do. When I think of my best moments with you I think of your first film Primal Fear, which was one of my favorite performances of all time. I still remember the gasp the audience let out at the end, in that one moment. You remember it

How I adored you in Fight Club, you had such a hard edge to you but at the same time still that vulnerable quality. I will never forget the part you beat the shit out of yourself, that was hot.

Of course there was American X, powerful and heartbreaking. I am not a fan of you quite so muscular but you took my breath away still.

Then there is also your sweet character in Keeping the Faith, you were so fun to watch. You should consider doing more romantic comedies, you are impossible not to fall for.

I’ve always thought of you as the younger Kevin Spacey and I mean that obviously with the highest admiration. I know you two are good friends so I don’t think it’s too much to ask if you can setup a lunch date. Maybe to be nice we can invite Gwen along as well, she’s a good kid.

Sincerely,

Robin

  1. Oh come on, what about Death To Smoochy?

  2. Ohh my I loved him in Fight Club and especially in American X. Even though I hated everything he stood for in the beginning of the movie there was something about him that just turned me on so much especially the scene where he is standing there in his boxers in the middle of the street with that evil look on his face….

  3. Robin, have I told you lately that I love you?
    :gwen:

  4. Eh. My heart belongs to Johnny Depp.

  5. You know, I tried a similar note to my Johnny (Cusack), what with all the crap and war movies he’s been making. I just want my Johnny back! He hasn’t answered. I hope Ed answers you. *sigh*

Loved “Keeping the Faith.” “It’s like Melrose Priest.”

  6. He was excellent in the new Hulk movie, too.

  7. Hey, yeah! Where the hell DID he go? I miss him too!

  8. he certainly is a great actor and easy on the eyes as well!

  9. Well I hope you don’t mind me repeating myself. ;)
    :gwen:

  10. Eh, that movie didn’t really do it for me.

  11. He was evil, truly, but he did a 180 by the end.

  12. You tell me almost everyday

  13. I think they are “busy” or whatever, maybe we need to make a petition :D

  14. I’m sure, I’ll probably see it eventually.

  15. The Hulk movie apparently but that’s no Primal Fear.

  16. Damn straight!
