Nine Long Years

I’ve known Manly Man for 6 years but I’ve actually known SIL aka Gemini for 9 years as of yesterday January 11th (I think I have the date right). I went in for an interview at a place and she was sitting at the desk when I walked in.

She was really friendly (luckily that itself didn’t throw me off) and made the interview process that much easier. I hoped right away, strangely, that I could start working there because she’d be fun to work with. I got the job and the rest is history…even the job itself.

Unfortunately I don’t have all good things to say about her. I mean, if it weren’t for Gemini I would never have met Manly Man, it remains to be seen if this is something I should thank her for or curse her for…time will tell.

Because of her I ended up back in the area I live now, right down the street from my college where I swore I’d get the hell away from.

Because of Gemini I also was blessed with MIL and I think everyone can agree this was a low blow. I think she knew all along that if she sucked me into the family that I’d take some of the MIL away from her and she was right. Damn her and her trickery! I can’t believe I fell for it.

We already have plans to share a room at the nursing home 50 or 60 years from now. We’ll hit on the young male orderlies and watch reruns of Felicity and Charmed and I’ll still make fun of her for Twilight. She’ll have to remind me everyday that I did not actually marry Kevin Spacey but this other guy who kinda looks like him sometimes.

    Me getting you and BIL together? All I did was introduced the two of you. So that one is one you… (once it started I encouraged :D )

    You found me out! Crap I didn’t think you would figure out the MIL thing for a few more years… at least hehe:whistle:

    That is when you began the long and rewarding relationship with never answering the phone EVER when it says FL on the caller ID… Wait you already do that… hmmm well it will eventually stop bugging you :banghead: I think……..

    I changed my mind… I would rather watch Doctor Who the (David Tennant years)instead of Charmed when we are in the nursing home… ;) Oh I can’t wait to pinch come cute orderly butt! RAWR :rock:

    ps~~it was on 9/12/91 when i met cin, my almost sil, who i am staying with in louisana, thanks for reminding me how great family is that isn’t “blood”
    or in cin’s case~almost was if her brother would have stayed sober long enough to “go to the chapel” but the rest of his family, still loves me!

    and it is so great to be stress free(well almost stress free) after a few years of nothing but stress
