  1. I actually kinda like that idea myself. I’ve been wanting to take Katie to Boston for some time. Make it a vacation and a blogger meet up!

  2. Oh, nice one. You know 2/3 of our Economy is driven by people buying stuff. You’re trying to destroy America with this Commie crap!

    Oh, and Merry Christmas!

  3. What if we all just hung out for the night with no pressure and no expectations?

So I’d get you drunk without expecting to score later? And you get me drunk without expecting me to give up my claim on Kevin?
    Yeah, you’ve lost it.
The rest of it sounds good tho.

    :gwen:

  4. I’ve been pushing this idea for years, and finally, just an hour ago in fact!, hubby finally got on board and said next year that’s what we’re going to do. I want a tradition that’s more about the spending quality time together than on stinking presents and making the perfect cheesecake, for crying out loud!

Now we’ll just have to wait for next year to see if hubby will stick with the program. LOL!

  5. @kapgar – sounds good to me, we’ll show you around.
@TJ – i don’t think people will stop buying stuff but i just like that it isn’t required…if you want you can get people stuff or not…
@Gwen – there are always expectations when it comes to you :robin:
@Giggle Pixie – if it were up to me that’s what it would be but it isn’t, it’s not even my holiday i’m just along for the ride.

  6. i like the idea… and I also think that kids could get gifts… but just kids…
