Momminess
I was heading into the doctors office today when I noticed a woman behind me with a baby carriage. I came back and held the door open for her so she could walk in.
Mommy: You must be a mom.
Me: Uh, nope.
Mommy: Well, you’ll make a great mom someday.
I guess I better get crackin…

October 8, 2008 at 7:25 pm@bluepaintred – For real? Someone gave me the wrong information. I probably shouldn’t learn how to procreate through Wikipedia huh?
Amanda
October 8, 2008 at 7:52 pmYes clearly because you held the door open, you would be an excellent mother. That makes total sense.
Robin
October 8, 2008 at 7:54 pm@Amanda – Well if it makes sense to you, then I’ll take your word for it. I certainly didn’t get it :twitchy:

October 8, 2008 at 8:02 pmYou’d be surprised the number of people who don’t hold doors open that ARE mothers! :annoyed:
Robin
October 8, 2008 at 8:04 pm@Jen – The way I see it I would have held it open for probably anyone, especially if they were like carrying a lot of stuff or if they were old…I’m a helper…despite what some might say :annoyed:

October 9, 2008 at 7:54 am@Gwen – I’ll leave them with him, I have a feeling they probably wouldn’t like me much anyway.

October 10, 2008 at 10:10 ambecause holding a door open for someone qualifies someone to be a “good” mom…
