Customer Service

  1. When I went to the tattoo shop for my 5:15 appointment yesterday the guy wasn’t there.
  2. While one BM dress has arrived the other one hasn’t been shipped yet. All they could tell me was that it was en route to their location :banghead:
  3. My officiant went missing for a month and then popped up out of nowhere. At least she has the vows done :duh:
  4. Still no estimate from the florist. I’m hoping to get one tomorrow and that it isn’t so high that I have to go somewhere else at this point.

Luckily, everyone else has been exceptional with customer service. I’ve been very lucky otherwise and I will mention them on my wedding site when all is said and done.

PS. If you want to help me and read the password protected post then just email me or text me for it. I won’t be home much tonight though :dunno:

    That stinks about the tattoo guy. REALLY sucks!
