Don’t Panic

I had a little bit of a panic attack today, ok I had a few. I’m such a mess, I can’t get my shit together. I wish someone could just ship me off to a place where I can zone out and be absolutely nothing. Maybe pills would be involved there…

The worst part is one day I’m totally fine and am completely together. I sometimes even feel really optimistic about everything.

Then other days I just lose control and I just want to give up. If I keep going at this rate I’m going to cause some damage to myself or just ruin the whole thing for myself.

I know I know, I have a knack for ruining everything for myself. I need to stop doing that.

Please, please go get an anti-depressant. I highly recommend Cymbalta. It can be temporary. I know I mentioned this to you before. I think you are in a situational depression right now, and rightly so. if the ativan isn’t working for the panic attacks, ask for Klonopin. It works very well for my friend. I use Xanax, but that works for me for my anxiety.

It’s too short a period of time to actually work therapeutically on your anxiety, but if it is still present after the wedding, please go see someone and talk to them. Typically, it has to do with repressed anger. Anger uses tremendous energy in our body, and most times, we don’t even notice it because it’s been there so long. I beat a punching bag with a metal baseball bat. It’s okay to do stuff like that to get your anger out.

Chelle – I’ve been on Cymbalta and been on many different anti-depressants. I really don’t want to, I think I just need to relax more and focus on the good people in my life like you.
