Back At It

I’m back at the gym and it’s been great. I haven’t weighed myself but I feel better. I’ve been eating better but mostly because we have to start being more frugal so I make my coffee and breakfast at home and eat Lean Cuisine for lunch mostly.

Oh and…I’m less hungry most of the time.

    You are an inspiration. I am going to the Frisco Activity Center (a new city center that is AWESOME!) and sign up so I can swim laps. That’s my favorite thing to do!

    I love swimming, have always loved it. I rarely swim anymore other than in my lake. Good for you!

    I have a lean cuisine everyday for lunch. thankfully they have so many kinds now it doesn’t get too old. I really like the new flatbread sandwiches.

    I haven’t tried those yet, I’m so skeptical of any of the food they have with chicken or meat, other than ground meat. I’m weird like that.
