Next Pet?

Erik emailed me that he wants this to be our next pet. I certainly don’t want to deny him a pet he’s wanted his whole life but I’m pretty sure I’d scream and cry every time I saw this.

Here is his email:

Hon, I’ve always wanted one of these as a pet. They are really easy to care for and live for 7- 10 years plus.They eat salad and old fruit. You could get some great photos too! SO CUTE! PLEEEEEZE? I promise to feed it!
Love you,

    I think you are right…I just cannot live in the same house with something like that. I’d have nightmares.

    I am sorry that this is a cussy remark, but I had to tell you exactly what I said out loud when I saw that picture.

    “Oh, fuck that shit!”

    I hope you aren’t offended.

    Awww, c’mon, it’s just like a little kitty with alot more feet! And it doesn’t smell up the house or hurl up furballs! I see it as a slinky that eats fruit. (“;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
