Check this out:

I just got an email from a guy who asked me if I’d ever dated this Jeff guy.  I was like, no, I don’t think I ever dated a Jeff.  Then he told me who he was and how he dated my friend back in college. 

Oh ok!  :duh:

That’s when it all came back to me.  I barely dated this Jeff guy, I’m not sure you can even call it dating.  I think he had a girlfriend at the time in fact.  So weird, I can’t believe this guy who I barely ever knew even remembered my name, I hadn’t remembered his.
