Healthy but Lazy

I love healthy foods and in fact I think I love them more than unhealthy foods.  Problem is, healthy food is harder to find and I’m usually too lazy to make it myself.

    I love healthy food more than unhealthy as well. I am lazy about cooking it at times, as well. I have a good bit of healthy, quick recipes that I can get together in the next day or two and send you if you are interested.

    I agree it is harder to find and take longer to cook. Blah… Why can’t they make a bacon cheese burger healthy?

    Or milkshakes. I want a “healthy” milkshake. :drool:

    Once you eat healthier for a few days, and exercise it really is noticable… I am too lazy most days as well, but try to make some sort of effort…

    Fruit/veggies are the way to go!!!

    TMP - I do eat healthy mostly, except when I’m in a bad mood or tired.
