Ouch! That Hurt!

I have been reviewed again and I did not come across very well.  In part I think it was really unfortunate timing and in other ways I kind of agree.  I’ve never been one not to admit my faults and I certainly have my share.

I agree that my theme kind of blows right now but I’m just really trying to stay afloat until something better comes along.  What you see now will not be forever and hopefully not much longer.

I agree that I have way too much shit on my sidebars and maybe I will cut down some.  It’s hard to know what people actually make use of and what they don’t give a shit about.

I’ve always thought I have good content and probably better than a lot of people.  I think I put a lot of thought into 75% of my posts even though some are just for pure fun.  I’ve certainly had a lot of negative comments about my quotes but sometimes I think they bring up interesting comments.  Sometimes I think I’ll stop them but I just love quotes.

Mainly everything else is fine because I know at this point my blog is in a transition phase but what bugs me is the dig on my content.  Damn!

Oh well, I can’t expect much from people who don’t know me…like me in real life sometimes it takes a while to really appreciate me :cheesy:

Wow. Did the theme just change when I went to make a comment?

Anyway… I know this site… they’re biters. In fact, when they originally launched, they used a standard and unoriginal template… so I wouldn’t worry about their template criticism.

As for their comments on content… well they obviously have not been reading blogs long because otherwise… they would have totally realize that you rawk!

Yeah, that review sealed the deal on the annoyance of that template :yuck:

Awww…you are a sweetie…but you only like it here cause I talk about boobies and compliment you :poke:

Hey the sidebars might have been full of knowledge but they surely weren’t hanging down at the bottom or f’d up like she said. They were where they were supposed to be on my screen.

I never hold in true on what the review people have to say because they are doing it off of their own personal tastes and really it’s your blog not theirs. Make it how you like it.

I just had my site reviewed this week and it was not great but I’ll get over it. I think they put too much emphasis on the sidebar stuff and I’m not sure why. Speaking of which you have no sidebars now! Did you just do a massive overhaul on your blog then?

Don’t worry about it. It’s yourself that matters first and your tried and true readers second. 🙂

Pfffbbbtttt on them! Your theme loaded fine for me in FireFox – she must’ve been having a user problem!

I always enjoy visiting your blog, and I liked the sidebar content!

They are just some IT2M wannabees anyway! :lmfao:

Eh – in the long run I don’t really care but after reading about the sidebars I kind of agreed to a point. I found this theme a couple weeks ago and wanted to try it so I decided now I’ check it out.

The content part though I know they were wrong about…the rest really doesn’t matter in the long run.

I’m glad no one ever reviews my blog! 😀

I still like the quotes, too. Even if I don’t comment, I’m reading them & enjoying them.

I miss the sidebars… where am I going to read the new wedding Ideas and Thoughts of the week or hear about your progress…

    I like the polls!

Screw them they wouldn’t know a good blog if it came up to them and spit in their face! :whosnext:
