Location Location Location

We are concentrating right now on finding a location and after that it’s mostly smooth sailing as far as I see it. Once we book a place I can really sit back and just enjoy it all. We have a few really great places we’re thinking about.

The most exciting prospect is this place my father has access to because it’s owned by Harvard. We could rent a house by the water in Maine for a week and have the wedding there. It’s a little bit scary because if it rained that day it would throw quite a damper on a completely outdoor wedding but then that’s what tents are for.

My dad will be contacting them this week to find out details and we’ll probably visit it for the 2nd weekend in March. Here is just a picture of the house but it’s right on the ocean and has a lot of land. I’ll have better pictures when I visit.

I sorta can’t believe you’re having a big wedding. That place is gorgeous!

    Jen – Thanks.

Miss Ann – I’ve missed you, you disappeared off the face of the earth.

I’m not really having a big wedding, I mean my SIL had 300 and I’ll be having more like 150. The reason it’s going to be kinda big is because it’s a big deal to get everyone together and some people it’ll be their only chance to visit. So it’s more like a huge reunion than a wedding.

I had always wanted to elope actually but the idea of having a really fun day with family I haven’t seen in years and all our friends sounds really nice.
