Already Whining

You all knew it would start, it’s just happening sooner rather than later.  Here are some frustrations:

  • Out of all the dresses I’ve seen online I’ve liked about 2% of them.  I just am not a fan of the traditional style.  It’s beautiful on some (Gemini :wink: ) but it’s just not me.
  • My mom has yet to get into all of this and since she’s a big part of it it’s a little difficult.  She’s in no rush to do anything and while I’m probably a little too worked up she’s way too low key.  There are a few things that need to be started and really can’t be put off.  That means we need an estimated head count and need to book a place.  This takes some work :banghead:
  • Losing weight – I don’t know where to start.
  • Not getting ahead of myself – I do that sometimes.

    You know what I’m going to say, I think :D

    This is supposed to be a happy, fun, first step to the rest of your lives together. Don’t stress over the details. Don’t even stress over the big things.

    So, you don’t find ‘the perfect dress’? At the end of the day, you’ll still be married to the man who you want to spend the rest of your life with.

    Don’t let something as trivial as a dress (or a banquet hall or a color or a flower or a church or an anything) working out right or not working out right detract from the sheer joy of following your heart in your life.
