That’s a pretty healthy list… except that going without food for 5 days bit. So was that by choice or was it something you had no control over?

Well, I’d like to know why you went 5 days without food, too – but, I’m guessing it has something to do with a religious fast of some kind, maybe??? And, of course, you really need to tell us about the costume contest!

Just want to share the memory that #26 brings up for me. It was my dad’s funeral. My sisters & brothers & mom were crammed onto the two couches in front of the casket for a prayer service. Our spouses, kids, SO’s & all of the other visitors at the wake were in the rows of chairs behind us. For some reason, my mom’s sister, Aunt Mary Lou, decided to fit herself onto the couches with us. At one particularly quiet moment, she sneezed. It was a tiny sneeze. It sounded just like a dog sneeze. One of us (I don’t know who) started giggling, but tried to supress it. That started the next one off. Next thing you know, we were all going.

I think dad was looking down on us & loving it right then.
