Our Bedroom is Done

Now that we finally have carpeting instead of particle board our bedroom is finished. It’s painted, decorated, it has blinds and even a nice floor to walk on. It feels like quite an achievement since it’s the first room to be completely finished.

Today we’re helping SIL and BIL move into their first home together and I have a feeling she’s done most of the painting and such. We’re obviously taking our time because I’ve just never been the kind of person to spend every free moment working my butt off. I just figured, we’ll be here for a while so let’s take our time.

I wish I had her kind of motivation though, it’s impressive.

We still have to put the room back together and when it’s done you can see the final product :thumbsup:

    I’m a hardwood floor fan myself, carpet is nice if you get cold weather so you yor feet don’t freeze but the easy clean up of hardwood is sooo nice :)

    Yeah we are too but that really wasn’t an option for that room and we felt for the bedroom we’d like to have it as cozy as possible. The livingroom is in the process of being all hardwood floor.
