Here Comes Scrooge

My scroogeness will come out earlier this year because of course the dreaded x-mas is already popping up everywhere. Yes, it’s barely even Halloween and for whatever reason they’ve chosen to have isles of red and white. I don’t understand it and even those who love x-mas must be slightly sickened by this. Right?

So beware, I’m already annoyed so by the time December 25th gets here I’ll be walking around like this: :flippa: just so you know.

I’m curious to find out how much further this can go? Will x-mas eventually be a year long thing? Maybe it’s best I just hide until New Years.

    Oh so dont get me stared about the whole xmas season. I HATE holidays, yes that’s right I do and I’ve seen all the xmassy decorations up and LIT at night already and it makes me ill. :/

    I wrote a column about this a couple of years ago. Won an award for it, too.

    This is why I Internet shop. I haven’t seen any of the annoying things you’ve mentioned because I shop online.

    Well I don’t celebrate it and technically never had since I was raised Jewish. So I’ve always hated it even when it might not have been so over-the-top.

    Yea I believe they do start way to early… Haven’t heard my husband complain yet… don’t think he ever has. At least not to me maybe to his friends (they are all muslim)

    This year how ever is going to be a whole new experience for me better then any other year in my life. :)

    Oh no Tara, I’m not talking about stores, I hate shopping too, I’m talking about peoples homes. They have all the xmas lights up and running now.
