Back To the Gym

I’m planning to join the gym a couple towns over from my house…again. I’ve joined that gym 2 or 3 times and I’ve joined the gym at work about the same amount of times.

I enjoy the gym, I like how I feel after a workout and how much better I feel everyday. I’ll get into this moment for a few months and then something will break the cycle and I end up giving up.

After the past few weeks feel tired and unhappy I realized I have to get more exercise. I don’t feel joining the gym at work is the best option since I can only go when I’m at work and I like to be at work as little as possible. This means I will have to go on the weekends and after work. Going after work is going to be tough but I’m hoping I can push myself.

I’m in the worst shape of my whole life and I feel like it. I think a big issue for me right now is my 2-3 hours of commuting everyday. It’s stressful and it’s exhausting. Every single day I dread it more and more.

I wish I had a buddy to do the gym with, it would be a lot easier I think if I did.

    I so would love to get back into the gym but with 2 jobs and the commute on the 1, I dont get done working until 10 PM :sigh:

    I think all that commuting would tire me out too.

    I agree that the exercise will make you feel better. I hope you can get into the swing of it.
