Do the new beginnings ever end?

Erik starts his new job today, it’s exciting and scary. A new job means things change, no matter what or where it is. He has to drive a completely different direction than he’s used to and won’t be coming home until a couple hours after I get home.

This could also mean new opportunities and it could be exactly what he’s always looking for. I’m hoping he truly gets to shine at this job and do the best work of his life.

We’ve had a lot of new beginnings including buying a house and even decorating it together. New beginnings can be nerve-wracking and thrilling.

I really hope we continue to have them for the rest of our lives.

    New jobs, new houses, new holiday destinations, new friends, new wallpaper – things are always changing and I particularly love that about life.
    As long as you can learn to adapt and to love the challenges – and like you say, see them as opportunities.
