Slightly Crazy

I haven’t mentioned what’s been going on with the woman we bought our house from. See she filled up the propane tank we have before we moved in so we paid her the money for it so she could pay off the account and transfer it to us.

To our frustration we got a bill for the same amount a few weeks ago so I contacted her by email and she said she’d paid it. So I responded that something wasn’t right because we had a bill, didn’t hear another word from her.

So I went through our wonderful realtor who contacted the company, the seller and her realtor but it wasn’t getting resolved and the seller hadn’t responded.

That’s when we got a package sent to us for the seller so she was informed we had a package we needed to send to her and low and behold she suddenly was answering emails :wow:

On an annoying note she showed up at our house (her old house) last night at nearly 9pm! She walked in on Erik in his studio outside and scared the bejesis out of him and then came into the house where I was in my pjs basically laying on the sofa.

Not cool, not cool at all. She says she’ll take care of it, we’ll see

Also, I went to get my usual small iced latte this morning and went through the drive through on the way in. I ordered it, paid for it and left. As I was driving down the road I realized I left without my damn latte! What the fuck is wrong with me? Has anyone seen my brain? Did I lend it out to someone and you forgot to give it back? Did I leave it at Dunkin Donuts?!?! :duh:

Um I think I’d be changing some locks and stuff, that’s sooo not cool. It’s not her house anymore.

    CHANGE THE LOCKS NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go through your realtor(s) and have her give proof that she paid the bill. If she can’t come up with proof, then take her to small claims court (if it is that important or substantial enough amount). A contract is a contract!

That is just really weird about her coming to your house.

I think we just may change the locks, to be on the safe side.
