Another Big Weekend

I have another big weekend ahead of me and I hope it’s the last one like this for a long time. Today I want to finish some painting and possibly make a trip to Home Depot to get carpeting for the bedroom. It’s not that expensive is it?  Oh and I must return a toilet seat I bought that I didn’t realize was shaped like a fucking shell
I also have to wait for the Comcast guy and figure out if we want to try to lug my huge tv over before that.

I am also happy to proclaim the sofa set arrived on Wednesday but since it’s still wrapped in plastic I haven’t bothered to go see it. I also upgraded my phone to an LG that can take pictures and plays music. Of course now MIL got the same phone and sends me pictures of her :twitchy:

I haven’t been doing my workout videos but I have been daily moving boxes and on weekends painting. Also my allergies have gone through the roof lately and I’m not even sleeping well.

I swear sometimes it’s like I have some fat karma against me or something :dunno: Erik says though I look like I’ve lost weight but since our scale is total crap and my jeans are tight I have no idea.

So Sunday night will be our first night at our house and we will no longer be staying at our apartment (although we’ve paid up through the end of July). The furkids will also have a new home and I have a good feeling they’ll love it.

I’ve yet to take a dip in the lake but I think I will do it this weekend. Who knows, I may sit in a shaded part of the beach and read :cheesy:

ooooo a dip in the lake, then sitting in the shade and reading… sounds like heaven to me!

As for the allergies, have you tried any other OTC allergy meds? Wish you could get to a doc and get something better.

There IS light at the end of the tunnel!

It does sound like a lot of hard work, but worth it in the end?

You need to get one of those floaty things with the holes for drinks in the arms for the lake and make sure you get a picture of it!! I’ll bet the furkids with adore the new place once they have explored every nook and cranny of it 🙂
