You Can’t Fool Me

We watched Derailed last night and as it often happens during suspense movies Erik and I give our thoughts on what the twist will be at the end.

You might want to know that I figured out the ending of The Sixth Sense at the beginning of the movie. I’m not a genius, I’ve just watched too many movies and pay too close attention.

Anyway, we stopped at one point during this movie and Erik gave his theory on the end. I told him it was a good theory but I had a better one. When I told him what I thought the twist would be he admitted mine was even better.
Then as the plot unfolded I burst out with I told you so!!!!

—————Spoiler——————-

First I noticed that Jennifer Aniston (the big star she is) had an awfully small role. I knew she wouldn’t take such a small role unless there was more behind it. I figured the same out with the movie Wild Things because I knew Neve Campbell wouldn’t take a small role unless it paid out in the end.

Please everyone, feel free to :ohgreatone:

Good ending though…even if it was a bit predictable 😉

Hmmm I think I will have to see this one…. The trailer did nothing for me but if you say there is a good twist I will have to see what unfolds!

    off for some more :coffee:

I was surprised, it was pretty good. Nothing mind blowing but then again Kevin wasn’t in it 😉

I knew it, too. Very predictable. But at least Clive looked good. :yipee:

I felt the same way while reading the book. I’d figured out what was happening within the first few exspository chapters, but it was so well-written that I couldn’t stop reading it.
