Pineapple Cottage Cheese Jello
Ok, I know this looks gross but it is soooo good. It’s a recipe my mom makes all the time and I thought I’d share it. You can make it pretty healthy too as a nice low-fat dessert. If you like pineapple cottage cheese you should give it a try.
2 packets green jello
1 container of pineapple cottage cheese
Make the jello normally. Boil 2 cups of water, add to jello mix, stir and then add 2 cups of cold water. Leave the jello in the refrigerator for a little while until it starts to firm (not all the way though) and then mix in the cottage cheese. Let it sit in the refrigerator again for a while until it all gets firm and you can serve.
I think my mom used to add whip cream but I don’t find it’s necessary.
