I’ll bring the turkey if you bring home the bacon

  • Song is from Weezer “Falling For You”
  • I’ve been feeling really dizzy/lightheaded lately but I’m so sick of going to the doctors.
  • I need more sunshine in my day, I’m going to make an effort to go walking. I used to go walking nearby at a local cemetery, it’s beautiful with lots of trees, grass and hills. If I wanted to be buried someday I might choose that place.
  • This Friday we’re doing Passover at my parent’s house and Erik’s family is going to join us. I’m not looking forward to having to sing the 5 questions. It’s supposed to be the youngest child but I’ve been suckered into singing along with my brother for years.
  • If you missed the post, apparently I have kavorka!
  • While I loved my friend’s wedding, I’m glad we don’t have anymore to go to for a while.
  • My mom the librarian finally was able to get me A Million Little Pieces on audio books but now I’m leery with all that happened regarding the truth of the book. I mean I still figure if it’s a good book it’s a good book…nuff said. Any thoughts?
  • I would eat vegetables all the time (ie. brussel sprouts, broccoli, artichokes) but I’m too lazy to buy them fresh and make them.
  • I’m so disappointed by Gilmore Girls last night. Rory went to see Jess, the guy she truly loves IMO, and kisses him but tells him she only did that to get back at Logan for cheating on her. Poor Jess has really grown up and still loves her so much after all this time. Yet, she loves Logan. Logan, who I’ve really tried to give a decent shot, in the end he’s just a spoiled brat who blames everyone else for his problems. I’m hoping it’s just a college phase for Rory, like dating frat guys.

    1) go to the doctor for the dizzy!

    2) Sunshine is always good – especially at this time of year, coming out of the darkness

    3) Agree re: A Million Little Pieces – read it as fiction

    4) Buy the pre-packed, pre-cleaned, ready-to-eat veggies at the grocery store!

    5) I saw Gilmore Girls for the first time ever last night with SD. Only caught the last 15 minutes of it & she had to keep pausing to try to explain to me who everyone was & what they were doing. It was quite interesting when she explained the whole daughter who the fiance was not involved with thing to me 😉

Maureen – I should go to the doctors but I just keep waiting for it to just go away. I’ve been getting more sunshine and I feel better already. That’s the plan, just read it as fiction. Pre-packaged brussel sprouts just don’t taste the same when they are frozen, luckily Erik will make them if I ask. GG is a great show and really well written, most people I don’t think realize it. If you have anymore questions feel free to ask me.

Oh, it was torture to sit through the GGs. I HATE Rory, I hate Logan. Wish they’d both go away.

The show should just be about Emily and Richard anymore. They’re the only funny ones.

    *sigh*

I’ll be seeing the doctor I work for today to get more meds lol I’m still not well, maybe I could get a script for you too 🙂

I’d eat veggies all the time too if I had someone buy and cook them for me.

I don’t watch Gilmore Girls but I have been sucked into the Beautiful People series on USA with the Melrose Place peoples.
