I Believe in Goodness

Just wanted to jump on here quickly to post about an article that I really enjoyed today by David of who I am a loyal reader.

I believe it is more convenient to be bad than good.

The article really speaks for itself (the great comments as well) and it’s something I’ve always wondered. Is it really just a matter of not wanting to put in the effort to be a good person or maybe it’s just more of a selfish act to hurt others because maybe that act someone helped you. I’m no saint but almost always felt I was on the crap end of this stick. Still I’d rather be a good person.

I’d rather be a good person, too, Robin!

I love this blog design. It is you.

Well that’s why we get along David.

Me too, the other one while I do like it I just look at it sometimes and think “It’s just not me” and I’m thinking of trying to tweak this one a little to make it more me

Yeah, this one has style and substance and a soul.

    Oh, AND IT’S GREEN!

Beccary is a talented designer. You should hire her to design a one-of-a-kind template for you. I think it’s around $130 or so — she’s with a design group now — she isn’t on her own any longer.

Maybe, just maybe. I’ve thought about having someone make a design for me but with how often I change my mind on the style I’m afraid to. Also if I’m going to pay for it I want the VERY best I can get…almost like getting a tattoo. It’s definitely possible someday.

I think you have a connection with Beccary. I know I do. 😀 I’d wait until WordPress 2.0 and K2 come out, though. All the templates and programming will change. Don’t spend the money now to waste it later.
