Talk About Baggage

I’m not sure anyone has more baggage than my boyfriend does. I mean he’s got the emotional and personal baggage up the wazoo but today I learned about his ACTUAL baggage. He just unloaded a whole truck full of his stuff and I got a completely different view of my man’s baggage. I’m talking furniture (a lot of it and stuff we already had), boxes of things, clothes, tools and even probably at least 2 car fulls of old Macs. I’m serious.

Luckily he knows it’s his problem. Granted I have to deal with a lot of it on some level but he’s got to figure out what to do with the things that aren’t staying here. I like having space, I hate hate hate clutter. I wanted a bigger apartment to have more room not to have more room to put stuff.

Anyway, we’ll compromise as couples do and make it all work out. See, I can be optimistic 😀

A suggestion here, rid of the old ones, welcome the new ones? I’m not sure about your man, but I am sentimental when it comes to my stuff.

Do what I do…. let it sit for a while, then offer to help him “clean up”, or do some “spring cleaning”. then just throw the shit away.
