Just say when
Here is an interesting thought to those of us who just seem to eat too…know when to say when.
I’m the worst at this. If I really REALLY paid attention to what I was eating and how much I truly believe it would make such a huge difference. How often do we keep eating past feeling full? How often do we eat too fast and never quite realize when we are full.
So here’s a suggestion to everyone (and myself):
Try this and see how much it makes a difference…I am making the same attempt.
