I’m trying to be good and eat good stuff and avoid bad stuff…I think I’m doing pretty well actually. I bought a stir fry dish today at work and it’s nauseating. I may not buy another thing from this cafeteria because 1/2 the time I’m disappointed to the point I can’t eat it.

I did a workout class 2x this week so far and tomorrow I’m going to workout on my own during lunch.

No real progress to note of other than the fact I haven’t thrown in the towel yet.

  2. like the new layout. I’m also trying to ‘eat more good and less bad’. But that’s about the extent of my nutrition goals for me. I don’t have calorie counting or protein/vegetables/carbs/fat breakdown to a tee. :P Trying to keep it simple…
