A little exercise everyday
So I’m attempting to squeeze in a little exercise every day. Yesterday while watching Discovery Health (motivation) I did the treadmill for 20 minutes and then did crunches for another 10 or so. I didn’t pour sweat like my exercise classes but I felt I did more than sit on my ass blogging all weekend. I also went out on errands and in the end I usually get quite a bit of movement from that. Hell carrying in groceries is a lot of weight lifting sometimes.
It’s sunday which means it’s time for a trip to the laundramat…I’m going to use this to my advantage I think and take a walk while the clothes are in the wash.
Right now I’m having a yummy fruit smoothie for breakfast and I’m ready to take on Sunday!
