Kicking My Butt Classes
That’s what I’d like to call it since just a “workout class” doesn’t define it quite well enough. Actually they call it Hi/Low & Muscle Conditioning. Here is what the class usually consists off:
It lasts about 45 minutes and makes me sweat like nothing else does. I’ve been doing these classes during lunch about 3x a week for about a month I’d say. I wish I could get all my friends to do this with me because it would be so much more fun to go to. Great teacher anyway.
