Everytime I go off my routine of my daily workday everything goes to shit. Seriously. If I could just keep up the same thing over the weekend I’d be golden. Add on another couple days off and it’s very frustrating.
I haven’t worked out since Thursday (almost a week!) and today I go back to my workout class. I have a feeling it’ll feel like the first time and all the hardwork will still leave me at square one.
I’m really digging for some optimism people…it’s not easy.
