I’m so tired lately…unbelievably tired. Is it that I’m not drinking enough water? Is it I’m not eating healthy enough? I guess the only way to find out is to drink MORE water and LESS junk foods right? I hate that taking a few days off and I don’t get any exercise I lose all my energy. It didn’t help that we had no food in our kitchen but now we do so no more excuses. I need to get myself a big glass of iced water and get out of this slump.
