Today I plan to go to a boot camp class for my lunch hour. I’m not sure which is worse. Waking up early to go to the gym before work or missing lunch to work my ass off.
I’m unbelievably sore today from the class yesterday. My abs (not that you can tell I have any) hurt so badly. Getting up off the couch is a strain…I feel like I’m 20 years older than I am. Can I handle Boot Camp today being so sore? Well I took so extra EXTRA strength ibruprofin or something hoping that will easy my pain a little so I can hurt myself more for tomorrow. Sounds good right?
I feel better having laid off of the Coke yesterday…will I ever learn?
