Yoga anyone?

Yes I got my ass out the door by about 6am this morning to drag it to Yoga class. I liked Yoga in the fact I really got to stretch and relax. Only problem is I just wasn’t as in shape as the others in the class. When did I become the old one in the room? Most annoyingly was the fact there was one thing I couldn’t do because my breasts were in the way. I think that is my Jessica Simpsom moment of the week.

I do feel good though but not sure Yoga is for me…or at least if I do it I’ll do it in the safety of my own home.

I enjoy yoga, I have taken a few classes but I prefer to do it at home with no one watching :0)

That’s something you’re going to see in any class. I can’t bend like the other people in my class, but sometimes i’m able to do one small move that others aren’t.
I know for a fact that my yoga practice improved when I first went to a class. I wasn’t doing the poses correctly and I could have hurt myself if I had continued on my own. There is so much more interaction in a real life class.
Give it another try or see if there is a class at a different time that you can take. Sometimes the teacher makes all the difference in the world.
