Another pound goodbye
This is my 1st goal of just 20 pounds. I need small goals.
All I’m doing is regularly working out and trying to not emotionally binge.
I was talking to a friend from my college days (still my friend now of course) and when I complained about wanting to lose weight she said “well you have to eat 3 meals a day.” I was like…”I do.” She then responded with “Robin is eating 3 meals a day??? I’m so proud of you!!” Yeah…I wasn’t very healthy back then.
