I could try harder
I could try harder at losing weight. I could workout more and I could eat healthier but I feel like I’m doing what is best for me. I only have one life and even though it’s important for me to be in better shape I don’t want to miss out on things because I’m too worried about getting my body the way I want it.
Therefore I guess I have to accept the VERY slow weightloss because if I’m going to allow myself to induldge in a little B&J ice cream from time to time I have to expect the weight just won’t fall off me.
I think living for the moment is important and I also thinking finding time to give your body what it needs (good foods and exercise) is very important as well. I’m trying to find an in between for me. I think I’m doing ok.
