Here are some links to make your blogging life a little easier. I know they do for me.
Bloglines – you can save people feeds (usually if they have it it’s listed as Atom or RSS on their sidepanel) and get automatic updates on their blogs.
Blogrolling – it keeps a list of your favorite blogs on your sidepanel.
It takes some figuring out to get these things to work right for you but I use these on a daily basis.
